Job responsibilities:

•⁠ ⁠Lead team of counsellors.

•⁠ ⁠Manage and regularly update leads across CRM platforms (such as HubSpot) to ensure accurate and organized data tracking.

•⁠ ⁠Monitor daily inquiries, follow-ups, and communication to prevent any lead leakage and maintain consistent engagement.

•⁠ ⁠WhatsApp marketing and Email Marketing

•⁠ ⁠Proactively connect with prospective leads through calls, messages, and emails to drive higher conversion rates.

•⁠ ⁠Plan and execute follow-up strategies to increase enrolment through timely, personalized communication.

•⁠ ⁠Collaborate closely with marketing and counselling teams to streamline lead flow and optimize conversion performance.
