Job Title: Graphic Designer

Job Type: Full-Time / In office (Pune Shivajinagar)

Job Summary

We are looking for a creative Graphic Designer to create visual concepts that communicate ideas that inspire, inform, and captivate consumers. You will develop the overall layout and production design for advertisements, brochures, magazines, social media assets, and digital marketing materials.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with marketing and design teams to determine the scope and vision of creative projects.
• Create visual assets for digital channels (social media, website banners, email newsletters) and print materials (flyers, posters, packaging).
• Develop graphics, illustrations, logos, and layout concepts aligned with brand guidelines.
• Amend designs after feedback from stakeholders to refine final deliverables.
• Prepare final production files for digital publishing and print vendors.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven graphic design experience (minimum 2 years) with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
• Proficiency with design software, particularly Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Understanding of layout, typography, visual hierarchy, and color theory.

Preferred Skills

• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS or web design tools (Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD).
• Experience with basic motion graphics or video editing (After Effects, Premiere Pro).
