Job Overview:
We are seeking a friendly, professional, and detail-oriented Front Office Executive to be the welcoming face of Centro Hotels. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a passion for hospitality, and the ability to handle guest interactions with efficiency and warmth. As a Front Office Executive, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring a seamless check-in/check-out process and providing exceptional service throughout their stay.
Key Responsibilities:
• Guest Reception & Check-In/Out:
• Welcome guests with a warm and friendly demeanor, ensuring a smooth and efficient check-in process.
• Handle check-out procedures accurately, ensuring all guest accounts are settled promptly.
• Assist guests with any inquiries, requests, or concerns during their stay, ensuring they have a comfortable and enjoyable experience.
• Manage room assignments and coordinate with housekeeping to ensure rooms are ready for arriving guests.
Reservation Management:
• Handle reservations, cancellations, and modifications, ensuring all information is accurately recorded in the hotel management system.
• Coordinate with the sales team to accommodate group bookings and special requests.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of room availability, rates, and special offers to maximize occupancy and revenue.
Customer Service Excellence:
• Provide personalized service to guests, anticipating their needs and going above and beyond to ensure satisfaction.
• Handle guest complaints and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner, escalating to management when necessary.
• Offer information and recommendations about local attractions, dining options, and hotel amenities.
• Coordinate guest services, including transportation, luggage assistance, and special arrangements.
Administrative Duties:
• Maintain accurate guest records, including check-in/check-out details, billing information, and special requests.
• Prepare daily reports for management, including occupancy rates, revenue summaries, and guest feedback.
• Assist with billing and payment processing, ensuring accuracy and security.
• Manage the front desk area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and well-stocked with necessary supplies.
Collaboration & Communication:
• Work closely with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure seamless operations and exceptional guest experiences.
• Communicate guest preferences, special requests, and feedback to relevant teams to enhance service delivery.
• Participate in daily briefings and team meetings to stay informed of hotel operations and events.
Health & Safety Compliance:
• Ensure the front office operates in compliance with all health, safety, and security policies.
• Monitor the safety and security of the hotel premises, reporting any suspicious activity or safety concerns to management.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in hospitality management, business administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Front Office Executive, Receptionist, or in a similar customer-facing role in the hospitality industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on guest service.
• Proficiency in hotel management software and MS Office applications.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
