Customer Care & Front Office Executive Female

Location: Pashan & Swargate, Pune

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle patient/attendant queries and provide assistance.
  • Manage incoming calls and coordinate with patients.
  • Handle patient registration, appointments and billing.
  • Guide patients and visitors and ensure smooth front-desk operations.
  • Maintain patient records and coordinate with doctors/internal teams.
  • Handle customer complaints professionally and ensure patient satisfaction.
  • Good communication and basic computer skills required.
  • Hospital/healthcare experience will be preferred.
