Type: Full-Time (Mandatory)

Work Location: Across Pune (Candidates will be allocated to the nearest available Cult Gym location based on business requirements and vacancies)

Shift: Split Shift Mandatory

Job Responsibilities

✅ Set up fitness goals for new members

✅ Guide and track members throughout their fitness journey

✅ Follow up with inactive/slipping users and drive member retention

✅ Achieve retention and revenue targets

✅ Maintain daily reports and member records

✅ Deliver an excellent member experience

✔ Sales or customer-facing experience preferred
