Field Sales Executive

We are looking for energetic and motivated Field Sales Executives to drive the growth of our Vi telecom services. In this role, you will be responsible for customer acquisitions, promoting telecom plans, and expanding our local network footprint.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct field sales and customer acquisition for Vi connection plans and corporate solutions.
• Drive Mobile Number Portability (MNP) activations within designated local territories.
• Build and maintain relationships with B2B customers.
• Meet monthly sales targets and performance milestones.

Requirements:

• Education: 12th Pass or Graduate preferred (Open to passionate 10th Pass candidates as well).
• Experience: 0 to 2 years in field sales, retail sales, or telecom sector (Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome!).
• Skills: Good communication skills, local language fluency, and a basic understanding of smartphone operations.
• Vehicle: Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license for field travel.
