Field Sales Executive

PureCuts is a Pune-based B2B platform connecting salons with the products they need — faster and smarter than traditional distribution. We are growing fast and looking for a dedicated Field Sales Executive to own and grow our salon network in the Wagholi and Kharadi area.

Responsibilities

- Visit 15–20 salons daily in the Wagholi–Kharadi territory

- Build strong relationships with salon owners and drive consistent orders

- Onboard new salons onto the PureCuts platform using our mobile app

- Meet weekly and monthly salon acquisition targets

- Report daily activity and maintain accurate visit records

Requirements

- Based in or around Wagholi / Kharadi area

- Own bike or scooty with valid driving license

- Fluent in Marathi and Hindi

- Prior experience in field sales, FMCG, or beauty/cosmetics preferred

- Comfortable using smartphone and mobile apps

- Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
