Field Sales Executive

Legal Assure is looking for a motivated, confident, and target-oriented Field Sales Executive to generate new business opportunities, meet prospective clients, explain the company's services, and develop long-term client relationships. The candidate will be responsible for conducting field visits across Pune, generating leads, converting prospects into customers, and achieving assigned sales targets.

Graduate in any discipline; a background in sales, marketing, or business development is preferred.

Experience in field sales, real estate sales, or service-based sales is an advantage.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Ability to develop professional networks and generate referrals.

Basic knowledge of property transactions or real estate documentation is desirable.

Proficiency in MS Excel, email, and lead-tracking tools.

Willingness to travel throughout Pune for client meetings.

Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.

Visit prospective clients, property buyers, sellers, real estate agents, builders, and channel partners to generate business opportunities.

Promote Legal Assure's property-related legal services, including property verification, title search, sale agreement drafting, sale deed registration, and property documentation.

Develop relationships with real estate brokers, developers, housing societies, financial consultants, and other referral partners.

Generate leads through field visits, references, networking, and local market research.

Explain the company's services and coordinate with the legal team to address client queries.

Follow up with prospective clients, arrange consultations, and convert qualified leads into confirmed business.

Maintain a database of leads, client interactions, follow-ups, and business opportunities.

Achieve monthly lead generation and business development targets.

Visit clients and referral partners regularly across assigned areas of Pune.

Submit daily field visit reports and periodic sales performance reports to the reporting manager.
