Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹41,000 per month + Performance-Based Incentives

Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Field Sales Executive to drive sales of transformer products by developing new business opportunities and maintaining strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Generate new leads and acquire customers through field visits.

Promote and sell transformers to industrial, commercial, and electrical sector clients.

Understand customer requirements and provide suitable product solutions.

Prepare quotations, negotiate deals, and close sales.

Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain regular follow-ups.

Submit sales reports and market feedback.

Eligibility

Education: Graduate (Any Discipline)

Experience: Minimum 3 years of field sales experience (preferably in transformers, electrical equipment, switchgear, cables, or industrial products).

Language: Basic English.

Skills Required

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Good knowledge of B2B field sales.

Ability to travel extensively for client meetings.

Target-oriented with excellent relationship-building skills.
