Job Description

Duties & Responsibilities


A. Seller Acquisition & Onboarding (Supply Side)

1. Identify manufacturing companies, fabrication units and industrial traders in assigned territory to regularly generate offcut inventory for TrueAngle.

2. Visit factories every week to meet Purchase/Store managers/business owners.

3. Teach sellers how to list their items correctly, including the metal type, size, weight, and price.

4. Maintain a healthy seller pipeline. Track registered-but-inactive sellers and re-engage them for new inventory requirements.


B. Buyer Acquisition & Requirement Fulfilment (Demand Side)

1. Identify and approach procurement managers, purchase heads and material managers at MSMEs, fabricators and traders who buy raw material regularly.

2. Understand buyer material requirements (grade, size, quantity, delivery location) and match them to available platform inventory.

3. Share relevant listings proactively via WhatsApp/email & drive buyers to place orders on the platform.

4. Follow up on open buyer requirements until Fulfilled. 5. Ask for feedback from buyers and share it with the team.


C. Market Intelligence & Lead Generation

1. identify MIDC zones, industrial estates, and manufacturing hubs with high offcut generation potential.

2. Go to industry events and trade fairs to find new leads.

3. Get new leads from current happy customers.


D. Platform Quality & Documentation

1. Ensure all listings created by you are accurate. Correct grade, weight, size and pricing.

2. Coordinate with the Quality Inspection team to schedule material verification before Sale.

3. Upload seller and buyer documents (GST registration, company details, material test certificates etc.) into the system.

4. Maintain visit logs, call records & deal status updates in the CRM tool, updated same-day, every day.


E. Reporting & Review

1. Submit a daily field report (visits done, leads generated, onboardings completed, follow-ups pending) by 7:00 PM every working day.

2. Present your manager a weekly summary every Monday morning - pipeline status, roadblocks, and plan for the week ahead.

3. Join monthly review meetings to discuss your progress.
