Field Sales ExecutiveCompany OverviewRitesh Enterprises is a growing name in industrial manufacturing solutions, specializing in high-quality Hydraulic Power Packs, Press Machines, and Special Purpose Machines (SPMs). Based in Pune, we serve a diverse industrial clientele by delivering robust, custom-engineered machinery. We are looking for a dynamic, self-motivated Field Sales Executive to join our team and drive our business expansion in the regional industrial hubs.


As a Field Sales Executive, you will be the face of Ritesh Enterprises on the ground. Your primary responsibility will be to identify new business opportunities, meet with prospective industrial clients, understand their manufacturing requirements, and pitch our hydraulic and custom machinery solutions. This is a field-heavy role requiring active travel across industrial zones to build strong, long-term B2B relationships.


  • Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and map potential B2B clients, including manufacturing units, automobile component makers, and engineering firms in the target territory.
  • On-Field Client Visits: Conduct daily field visits to industrial areas to meet factory managers, purchase heads, and production engineers.
  • Product Pitching: Understand the client’s technical needs and effectively pitch our range of Hydraulic Power Packs, press machines, and custom SPMs.
  • Sales Cycle Management: Handle the entire sales process from initial cold calling/visiting, presenting technical proposals, negotiating commercial terms, to closing the deal.
  • Relationship Management: Maintain excellent relationships with existing clients to secure repeat business and referrals.
  • Market Intelligence: Track competitor activities, market trends, and feedback from the field to help refine our product positioning and marketing strategies.
  • Reporting: Maintain daily/weekly sales reports detailing client visits, pipeline status, and follow-ups.
  • Education: Graduate in any stream. A background or diploma/degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field is a strong advantage but not mandatory if you have relevant experience.
  • Experience: 1 to 3 years of proven experience in outdoor/field sales, preferably in B2B sales, industrial products, machinery, hardware, or engineering components.
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to understand basic technical specifications of machinery.
  • Self-disciplined and driven to meet sales targets.
  • Language: Fluency in Marathi and Hindi is highly preferred for local client interaction; basic professional English is required for emails and proposals.
  • Vehicle: Must own a two-wheeler and possess a valid driving license for daily field travel.
