About the RoleShanghai Interiors is looking for energetic and enthusiastic Field Sales Executives to join our growing team. Freshers with good communication skills are welcome!

• Job ResponsibilitiesGenerate new customer leads and business opportunities.
• Meet clients and explain our flooring and interior solutions.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
• Prepare quotations and follow up with customers.
• Conduct site visits when required.
• Build strong customer relationships and achieve sales targets.
• EligibilityGraduate in any discipline.
• 0–3 years of experience.
• Freshers can apply.
• Experience in Sales, Marketing, Interiors, Flooring, Construction Materials, or Building Materials is preferred.
• Candidates residing in or near Pimple Saudagar, Wakad, Rahatani, Baner, Hinjewadi, Aundh, Pimpri-Chinchwad, or nearby areas will be preferred for immediate joining.
• Required SkillsGood communication and negotiation skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and Email.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to travel for field sales.
