Field Sales Executive

We are hiring ZED Bronze Surveillance Officers / Assessors for field-based MSME inspection and assessment work.

Job Responsibilities:

• Visit MSME and factory units for ZED Bronze Surveillance.
• Verify the unit and check required points as per ZED guidelines.
• Capture photos and complete required documentation through the ZED App.
• Interact professionally with business owners and unit representatives.
• Complete the assessment after the field visit.
• Submit the case with Approve / NC / Reject status based on actual findings.
• Complete reports and assessments within the given timeline.

Work Details:

• Regular surveillance cases will be allocated.
• Generally, 8–10 cases may be allocated daily, depending on availability.
• Work area will generally be within 10–20 km from your residence.
• Surveillance visits must be completed within the assigned timeline.
• Assessment and report work can be completed from home using a Laptop/Desktop.
• No marketing, sales, or lead generation work is required.

Salary & Benefits:

• Fixed salary up to ₹30,000 per month.
• ₹400 payment per surveillance case.
• Performance-based incentives may be available.
• No deduction for genuine NC cases.

Candidate Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree is mandatory.
• Must have own two-wheeler.
• Valid Driving Licence is compulsory.
• Laptop/Desktop and internet facility required at home.
• Good communication skills.
• Comfortable with field visits and factory inspections.
• Candidate should be well-groomed and professionally dressed.
