Job Description
Job Title: Field Recruiter
Location: Surat
Salary: ₹21,000 – ₹22,000 per month + Incentives + 2500 Travel Allowance
Experience: Fresher or Minimum 6 months of experience in Sales/Field Sales/Recruitment
Key Responsibilities:
* Hire Delivery Partners for Swiggy Instamart.
* Source candidates through field activities, referrals, and local networks.
* Screen candidates and complete the onboarding process.
* Achieve daily and monthly hiring targets.
* Coordinate with the operations team for timely closures.
Requirements:
* Minimum 6 months of Sales/Field Sales/Recruitment experience.
* Good communication and convincing skills.
* Comfortable with field work and target-based hiring.
* Basic smartphone knowledge.
