Job Description

Position: Field Engineer (Property Verification & Site Visits)


Qualification: B.E. Civil or Diploma Civil or ITI Draughtsman Civil or ITI Draughtsman Architect 


Experience: Any (Freshers are welcome to apply)       

                               

Location: Wagholi, Hadapsar & Katraj Pune Maharashtra


Salary Package: 2.30 LPA* + Petrol Allowance (Rs. 3/-)


Requirement: Must have Own Bike & Valid Driving License

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Visit different properties for allocated area for valuation purpose.
  2. Take measurements of visited properties.
  3. Collect property rates doing local market research. 
  4. Capture photographs and physical attributes of visited properties. 
  5. Prepare site visit report.
  6. Send prepared Visit report to the technical team.
