Facility Supervisor

We are looking for a diligent and proactive Facility Supervisor to oversee the daily operations, maintenance, and safety of our facility. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that the physical workspace is clean, secure, functional, and operating efficiently. You will manage maintenance staff/vendors, conduct routine inspections, and handle building emergencies to provide a seamless environment for our employees and visitors.

• Key Responsibilities
• Daily Operations: Oversee day-to-day facility operations, including housekeeping, waste management, security, and parking.
• Maintenance & Repairs: Schedule and supervise routine preventive maintenance and timely repairs for electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems.
• Vendor Management: Coordinate with external contractors, technicians, and service vendors; review service agreements and ensure quality of work.
• Safety & Compliance: Conduct regular safety audits and ensure the facility complies with local health, safety, and environmental regulations. Emergency systems (fire alarms, extinguishers) must be functional at all times.
• Inventory Control: Maintain stock levels for facility supplies, cleaning materials, and repair equipment.
• Team Supervision: Guide, train, and manage the performance of on-site maintenance and housekeeping staff.
• Required Qualifications & SkillsEducation: 12th Pass / Graduate or Diploma in Facility Management, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Experience: 1 to 3+ years of experience in facility management, hospitality, or building maintenance supervision.
• Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
• Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, excellent communication, and the capacity to handle emergencies calmly.
