Engineer Quality Assurance

Job function and sub function: Quality Assurance –CMM Engineer.

• Program and operate CMM machines to perform precise dimensional inspections.
• Knowledge of GD&T.
• Analyze and document measurement data to ensure components meet specifications.
• Collaborate with manufacturing and quality teams to address non-conformances.
• Perform regular maintenance and calibration of CMM equipment.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance inspection processes.
• Knowledge of SPC, MSA, Layout.
• Maintain accurate records of programs, processes, and results.
• Knowledge of CMM Software (Polyworks- Scanning & Probing).
• Knowledge of Instrument Calibration Activity.
