Role Overview :

RFBytes is looking for an Embedded Hardware Developer with strong experience in industrial electronics and IoT hardware design. The role involves end-to-end hardware development, from concept and schematic design to field deployment and support, for mission-critical applications such as fuel automation, and industrial IoT devices.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop embedded hardware platforms based on microcontrollers (ESP32, STM32, NXP, etc.)
• Create schematics and PCB layouts for analog, digital, power, and RF circuits
• Design and validate sensor interfaces (magnetostrictive probes, pressure sensors, level sensors, ADCs, comparators)
• Develop low-noise analog front ends and signal conditioning circuits
• Perform component selection, derating analysis, and BOM optimization
• Support prototype bring-up, debugging, and validation using oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and multimeters
• Conduct environmental, reliability, and field failure analysis and implement design improvements
• Ensure compliance with industry standards (EMI/EMC, safety, ATEX/PESO where applicable)
• Work closely with firmware, mechanical, and manufacturing teams for DFM/DFA
• Support certification testing, documentation, and customer technical discussions

Required Skills & Qualifications : Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Electronics / Electrical Engineering

• Strong hands-on experience in:
• Embedded hardware design
• Analog and digital circuit design
• Power supply design (SMPS, LDOs, battery-powered systems)
• Experience with schematic and PCB tools (Altium, OrCAD, KiCad, or equivalent)
• Good understanding of signal integrity, grounding, shielding, and EMI/EMC
• Experience with industrial communication interfaces (UART, SPI, I²C, RS485, CAN)
• Familiarity with IoT connectivity modules (Wi-Fi, BLE, LTE/4G, Zigbee)
• Ability to debug complex hardware issues independently

Qualification:

• Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech / BSC / MSC in Electronics, Electrical, Instrumentation, or related field.
