Electrical Service Technician

Core Responsibilities

• Infrastructure Installation: Laying conduits, cable trays, and data cabling (e.g., Cat6, fiber optic, CCTV Cable) to support IT networks.
• Power & UPS Management: Installing, wiring, and maintaining Uninterruptible Power Supplies (UPS) to protect servers.
• Datacenter & Server Room Wiring: Running dedicated power circuits and grounding systems specifically designed for sensitive IT racks and cooling units.
• Troubleshooting & Maintenance: Using multimeters, meggers, and other testing instruments to identify electrical faults, voltage drops, and connectivity issues.
• Compliance & Safety: Following strict building and electrical codes to prevent electrical fires and data-damaging surges.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: 10th / 12th /ITI (Industrial Training Institute) certification in Wireman or Electrician trade.
• Experience: Proven track record in commercial or industrial electrical maintenance, preferably within tech parks or corporate environments.
• Skills: Ability to read technical blueprints and schematics, strong problem-solving capabilities, Cable laying and knowledge of low-voltage systems
