Job Description
- Job Responsibilities:Counsel students regarding higher education opportunities in India and abroad.
- Understand students’ profiles and guide them with suitable courses and universities.
- Handle student queries through calls, emails, and walk-ins.
- Follow up with students and maintain regular communication.
- Assist students throughout the admission process.
- Maintain accurate records of student interactions and applications.
- Achieve monthly admission and counselling targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth admission processing.
- Required Skills:Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong convincing and counselling abilities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
- Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
- Positive attitude and problem-solving skills.
