  • Key ResponsibilitiesCreate and format documents using DTP software such as Adobe InDesign, CorelDRAW, and Adobe Photoshop, Math Type,Pagemaker, Word etc
  • Design layouts for:
  • Study materials, assignments, and question papers
  • Flyers, brochures, posters, and banners
  • Certificates and official documents
  • Ensure proper alignment, spacing, fonts, and formatting standards
  • Edit images, graphics, and text for print quality
  • Convert files into print-ready formats (PDF, etc.)
  • Coordinate with teachers, admin staff, and printers
  • Maintain brand consistency (logos, colors, fonts)
  • Proofread content to eliminate formatting and typographical errors
