📌 About the Role

We are looking for a responsible, organized, and detail-oriented Dispatch Executive to manage day-to-day dispatch operations and ensure the timely and accurate movement of goods.

The ideal candidate will coordinate closely with the warehouse, transporters, drivers, sales, accounts, and customers to ensure smooth dispatch and delivery operations.

🔹 Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and process dispatch orders, invoices, delivery challans, and other required documents.

• Coordinate with the warehouse team for picking, packing, and loading of materials.
• Arrange and coordinate vehicles and transportation for dispatches.
• Verify product, quantity, packaging, and documentation before dispatch.
• Coordinate with drivers, transporters, customers, and internal teams regarding deliveries.
• Track shipments and provide timely delivery status updates.
• Maintain accurate dispatch records, registers, and ERP/system entries.
• Monitor pending, delayed, returned, short, and excess deliveries.
• Coordinate with Sales and Accounts teams regarding billing and dispatch-related issues.
• Handle customer queries related to shipment and delivery status.
• Prepare daily and weekly dispatch reports.
• Support stock reconciliation and resolve dispatch-related discrepancies.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and applicable logistics documentation requirements.

🔹 Required SkillsGood knowledge of dispatch and logistics operations.

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and ERP/software systems.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple dispatches and meet deadlines.
• Good follow-up and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with warehouse teams, drivers, transporters, sales, accounts, and customers.

🎓 Educational Qualification12th Pass / Graduate in any discipline.

A diploma or degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field will be an added advantage.

💼 Preferred Experience

Candidates with experience in dispatch, warehouse, logistics, FMCG, manufacturing, trading, or distribution will be preferred
