About the Role

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager cum Business Development Manager who can take responsibility for both digital marketing execution and business growth.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, social media marketing, lead generation, client communication, and sales/business development.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Marketing

• Plan, execute and optimize Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
• Develop lead-generation strategies for real estate and other businesses.
• Monitor campaign performance, CPL, lead quality, conversion rates and ROI.
• Coordinate with the creative and content team for ad creatives and campaigns.
• Develop monthly digital marketing strategies for clients.
• Prepare campaign reports and performance analysis.
• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools and AI solutions.

Business Development

• Generate new business leads through calls, meetings, WhatsApp, LinkedIn and other channels.
• Identify and approach potential clients, particularly in the real estate sector.
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable digital marketing solutions.
• Conduct client meetings and presentations.
• Prepare proposals and quotations in coordination with the management.
• Follow up with prospects and convert qualified leads into paying clients.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and identify opportunities for upselling/cross-selling.
• Achieve monthly business development and revenue targets.

Team & Client Management

• Coordinate with the performance marketing, graphics, content and video teams.
• Ensure campaigns are delivered within timelines.
• Communicate campaign requirements clearly to internal teams.
• Act as a point of contact for selected clients and ensure smooth execution.
• Track project status and ensure client satisfaction.

• Knowledge of Canva, ChatGPT and AI marketing tools will be an advantage
• Knowledge of CRM and lead management systems is a plus

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Plus: Performance-based incentives on business generated

Final compensation will depend on experience, skills and performance.
