The Impact of a Data Management Specialist at Coupa:

We are looking for a data quality professional to join our team as a Data Quality & Management Specialist. You will directly own and contribute to our data integrity, ensuring that our GTM (Go-To-Market) teams are fueled by accurate, enriched, and actionable insights. This role sits at the intersection of Sales Operations and Data Engineering, focusing on the health of our SFDC ecosystem and our Snowflake data warehouse.

What You'll Do:

  • Data Stewardship: Own the end-to-end lifecycle of sales data within SFDC Sales Cloud, ensuring high standards of accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
  • Data Analysis: Create reports in SFDC and Snowflake and perform data analysis to enable leaders to take data driven decisions.
  • Enrichment & Intelligence: Manage and integrate third-party data providers like D&B (Dun & Bradstreet), ZoomInfo, etc. to enhance our lead, contact and account intelligence.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Finance teams to resolve data discrepancies and translate business needs into technical data requirements.

What You Will Bring to Coupa:

  • Experience: 5–10 years in Data Quality, Sales Operations, or Data Management.
  • CRM: Deep proficiency in SFDC Sales Cloud (Object relationships, data validation rules).
  • SFDC Case management
  • Database: Intermediate SQL skills
  • Third-Party Data: Proven experience managing D&B and ZoomInfo integrations
  • Spreadsheets: Expert-level mastery of Google Sheets/Excel
  • Data Operations: Data quality management in CRM, whitespace data analysis
