Data Entry Operator

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Data Entry Operator to join our team in Pune. The candidate will be responsible for entering, updating, and maintaining accurate data in company systems. Freshers are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enter and update data in computer systems and Excel sheets
• Maintain records and files properly
• Verify data accuracy and correct errors
• Handle basic documentation and back-office tasks
• Prepare daily and weekly reports
• Maintain confidentiality of company data

Required Skills:

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel & MS Word
• Basic computer knowledge
• Attention to detail
• Good communication skills
