We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Operator to accurately enter, update, and maintain company records and databases. The candidate should have good typing speed, computer knowledge, and the ability to handle data with accuracy and confidentiality.

Prepare and maintain reports, records, and documentation.

Scan, file, and organize documents.

Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports as required.

Review entered data for errors and make corrections when necessary.

Cross-check information with source documents.

Maintain confidentiality of company information.
