Data Entry Operator

Key Responsibilities:

• Enter data accurately into computer systems and software
• Maintain and update records, files, and databases
• Verify data for errors and correct them when necessary
• Prepare reports and maintain documentation
• Scan and file documents properly
• Coordinate with other departments for data-related tasks
• Maintain confidentiality of company information

Required Skills:

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, MS Word)
• Good typing speed and accuracy
• Attention to detail
• Basic knowledge of internet and email handling
• Good communication skills
