Data Entry Operator

We are looking for a Data Entry Executive to accurately record and update daily production data received from machine operators. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining production records, preparing daily reports, and ensuring data accuracy for management review.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enter daily production details into Excel/software accurately and on time.
• Collect production reports from operators and verify data completeness.
• Maintain production, rejection, downtime, and output records.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production summaries.
• Coordinate with Production, Stores, and Accounts departments for data verification.
• Maintain proper filing and documentation of production records.
• Report discrepancies or missing information to supervisors.

Requirements:

• Graduate or HSC with good computer knowledge.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and data entry.
• Good attention to detail and accuracy.
• Basic understanding of manufacturing/production processes preferred.

Experience: 0–2 years (Freshers with strong Excel skills may apply).
