Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Enter and update data accurately into company databases, Excel sheets, and software systems.
- Verify data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
- Maintain and organize physical and digital records.
- Handle data entry from invoices, forms, documents, and other sources.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports as required.
- Perform data verification and correct errors or discrepancies.
- Maintain confidentiality of company and customer information.
- Coordinate with other departments for missing or incorrect information.
- Manage files, documents, and records in an organized manner.
- Complete assigned data-entry tasks within deadlines.
Required Skills:
- Advance knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and Google Sheets.
- Good typing speed and accuracy.
- Attention to detail.
- Computer and internet skills.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
