Data Analyst

Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Data Analyst (Fresher) to join our team. This is an entry-level position suitable for recent graduates who are eager to build a career in data analytics. The candidate will support data analysis, reporting, and visualization efforts to enable data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in collecting, cleaning, and organizing data from various sources
• Perform basic data analysis to identify trends and patterns
• Create and maintain reports and dashboards under supervision
• Support senior analysts in ongoing projects and data initiatives
• Ensure accuracy and consistency of data through validation checks
• Prepare documentation and reports for internal stakeholders

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or related field
• Strong understanding of basic statistics and data analysis concepts
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, basic charts)
• Basic knowledge of SQL
• Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools is an advantage
• Exposure to Python or R is a plus
