Microsoft Dynamics 365 Specialist

Area(s) of responsibility

We are looking for experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Specialists with 6+ years of hands-on experience across multiple D365 modules. The candidate will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting D365 solutions aligned with business processes across Plan, Source, Make, Deliver, and other enterprise functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into D365 solutions
• Configure and implement D365 modules across Supply Chain, Finance, CRM, and Project Operations
• Work closely with business stakeholders for requirement gathering and solution design
• Perform system configuration, testing (SIT/UAT), and deployment support
• Manage integrations, data migration, and reporting requirements
• Troubleshoot issues and provide production support
• Ensure best practices in system design, security, and performance optimization
• Collaborate with technical teams for customization and enhancements
