Cyber IAM Managed Service - Saviynt Manager AR
We are looking for a of Saviynt resource with 10+ years of experience for one of our engagements. The resource must work from our Pune/Bangalore office
The ideal candidate will:
§Define and lead enterprise IAM strategy for Access Review & Certification programs
§Own end-to-end governance of certification campaigns at a global scale, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and accuracy
§Act as a trusted advisor to clients and leadership on IAM governance, risk, and compliance
§Drive IAM transformation initiatives, including:
oAutomation, standardization, and optimization of certification processes
§Ensure audit readiness and regulatory compliance, managing audit engagements and remediation strategies
§Collaborate with senior stakeholders to:
oImprove access governance posture
oReduce security risks and enhance control effectiveness
§Oversee service delivery, KPIs, SLAs, and operational excellence across IAM programs
§Build, mentor, and lead high-performing IAM teams, ensuring capability development and succession planning
§Contribute to organizational growth, solution accelerators, and capability building in Saviynt practice
Mandatory Certification Required:
•Saviynt IGA Professional
Technical Skills Required:
§10+ years of experience in IAM / Saviynt IGA domain, with strong exposure to enterprise-scale implementations
§Proven expertise in:
oEnterprise-wide Access Review / Certification strategy and governance frameworks
oSegregation of Duties (SoD), RBAC, ABAC, and advanced access governance models
§Extensive experience in:
oDesigning and executing large-scale certification programs across multiple applications/systems
oApplication onboarding and integration architecture in Saviynt
oJML lifecycle design, governance, and automation at scale
§Deep understanding of:
oSaviynt platform architecture, workflows, certification engines, and optimization strategies
oAudit, compliance, and regulatory frameworks (SOX, HIPAA, etc.)
§Strong technical proficiency in:
oSQL (advanced data analysis, reconciliation, reporting)
oREST APIs, JSON, and enterprise integrations
§Strong understanding of:
oEnterprise systems landscape (AD, ERP, Databases, Cloud, SaaS apps)
oDevOps practices, version control (Git), and release management
§Exposure to:
oAutomation, scripting (Python/Java), and IAM innovation initiatives
§Experience in:
oDriving IAM transformation programs and operationalizing solutions globally
Behavioral / team skills
§Strong leadership and people management skills, managing large/multi-location teams
§Proven ability to:
oLead multiple IAM programs and transformation initiatives simultaneously
oDrive strategic planning, execution, and delivery excellence
§Excellent stakeholder and executive management skills, including:
oClient leadership, CISO teams, audit/regulatory stakeholders
§Strong decision-making and problem-solving capabilities
§Proactive in:
oIdentifying enterprise risks, compliance gaps, and mitigation strategies
§Exceptional communication and executive-level presentation skills
§Ability to:

oMentor and develop next-level leadership (AM/Consultants)
