Role Overview:

We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to manage customer interactions across calls, chat, and email. The role involves resolving queries, ensuring customer satisfaction, collecting product feedback, and handling escalations effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer queries via phone calls, chat, and email in a timely and professional manner
• Provide accurate information about products, orders, and services
• Resolve customer issues and ensure a smooth support experience
• Collect and record customer feedback regarding products and services
• Identify recurring issues and share insights with the internal team
• Manage and resolve escalations with a solution-oriented approach
• Maintain proper records of customer interactions in the system

Requirements:

• Fluent in English (spoken and written)
• Basic computer skills (typing, email, Excel)
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to handle customers calmly and professionally
• Fresher or 0–2 years of experience in customer support preferred
• 
  

Salary: ₹14,000 – ₹18,000 per month

Working Days: 6 days a week

Shift: Day Shift
