About the Role

We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to join the customer service team at Fibe and assist customers throughout their personal loan journey. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a customer-first approach, and preferably experience in BFSI, fintech, banking, NBFC, BPO, or loan-related processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries related to personal loans through calls, chats, and other support channels.
• Assist customers with loan applications, eligibility, KYC, documentation, disbursal, EMIs, and repayments.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues within defined timelines.
• Provide accurate information about loan products, processes, and policies.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
• Meet defined quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets.
• Ensure a professional and positive customer experience.

Requirements

• 0–3 years of experience in customer support/customer service.
• Experience in BFSI, Fintech, Banking, NBFC, BPO, or lending will be preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Good problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable handling customer conversations and resolving complaints. • Basic knowledge of MS Office and customer support tools.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
