Customer Service Representative Cum Cashier

Key Responsibilities

• Guest Engagement: Welcome visitors, explain game rules, pricing and promotion structures, and assist with console, PC, and VR setups.
• Issue Resolution: Resolve arcade machine malfunctions, card balance issues, and guest complaints instantly.
• Sales & Cash Handling: Manage the registration desk, sell gaming cards, and promote birthday/corporate packages.
• Arena Maintenance: Ensure gaming stations, controllers, and headsets are sanitised and organised.
• Crowd Control: Monitor the gaming floor during peak hours to ensure safety and fair play.

Job Requirements

• Education: Higher Secondary (12th Pass) required; Graduate preferred.

• Location: Survey No. 119, Near Bhondve Petrol Pump, Aundh - Ravet BRTS Road, Near Bhondve Circle, Ravet, PCMC, Pune - 412101.
• Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent.
• Experience: 0–2 years in customer service, hospitality, retail, or event management.
• Technical Savvy: Basic knowledge of gaming.
• Soft Skills: High energy, patience, and excellent verbal communication skills.
• Languages: English, Hindi, and Marathi
• Flexibility: Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
