Customer Service Representative (CSR)

Location: 1st Floor, KOPA Mall, Mundhwa Road, Koregaon Park Annexe, Pune, Maharashtra – 411001

Eligibility:

• Minimum 10th / 12th Pass or Graduate

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers and deliver excellent customer service.
• Explain and demonstrate games to customers clearly and confidently.
• Handle cashiering, billing, and payment transactions accurately.
• Ensure a pleasant and engaging customer experience at all times.

Working Hours & Schedule:

• 9-hour shift per day
• 1 weekly off
• Weekends and public holidays are working days.

Shift Timings:

Female – Rotational Shifts

• 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM
• 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM

Male – Rotational Shifts

• 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM
• 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM
• 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM
• 4:00 PM – 1:00 AM

Important: Candidates must be available for all applicable shifts during the first 15 days of joining.
