Undergraduate/ Any Graduate with excellent communication skills

Key Responsibilities: - Handle customer calls, emails, or chats professionally - Resolve customer complaints and provide accurate solutions - Maintain records of customer interactions - Follow up with customers when required - Provide product and service information clearly - Escalate complex issues to the concerned department - Maintain customer satisfaction and service quality Required Skills: - Good communication skills - Basic computer knowledge.
