💼 Job Description: Customer Support Executive

We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to manage customer interactions,

handle disputes, and ensure smooth communication with our customers. The role involves

resolving queries through calls, emails, and chats, along with handling feedback and

dispute-related calls. This is not a target-based calling job.

Key Responsibilities:

● Handle customer queries, complaints, and disputes with professionalism and

empathy.

● Make follow-up and feedback calls related to customer issues or disputes.

● Provide accurate information about orders, replacements, and refunds.

● Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns efficiently.

● Maintain proper records of all customer interactions.

● Ensure a positive customer experience and maintain satisfaction levels.

Requirements:

● Good verbal and written communication skills (English and Hindi preferred).

● Patience and a problem-solving approach while dealing with customers.

● Basic computer knowledge.

● Prior experience in customer service or dispute handling is a plus.

● Friendly, confident, and customer-oriented attitude.

Note:

This is a non-target-based role — the focus is on providing quality support, not on

achieving call numbers or sales targets.
