Job Description

  • Roles & ResponsibilitiesHandle customer calls, WhatsApp messages, and service-related queries professionally.
  • Understand customer complaints and provide the right information or solution.
  • Schedule and coordinate technician visits based on customer requirements.
  • Follow up with technicians to ensure timely customer visits and service completion.
  • Keep customers updated about technician arrival, service status, delays, or rescheduling.
  • Record customer complaints, service requests, and follow-ups in Excel/software.
  • Take regular follow-ups on pending and unresolved complaints until closure.
  • Coordinate with the Operations and Service teams to resolve customer issues.
  • Maintain a polite, patient, and helpful approach while dealing with customers.
  • Follow up with customers after service to check whether the issue has been resolved satisfactorily.
  • Escalate serious or repeated complaints to the reporting manager.
  • Maintain accurate customer and service records and prepare daily/weekly reports.
  • Support the team in improving customer satisfaction and reducing pending complaints.
