Customer Care Executive

Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.

Follow up with sales leads generated through walk-ins, digital platforms, and inquiries.

Schedule showroom visits and test drives for prospective customers.

Coordinate with the sales team for lead allocation and follow-ups.

Maintain accurate customer data in the CRM system.

Ensure timely follow-up on pending inquiries and bookings.

Address customer queries related to vehicle features, pricing, offers, finance, and exchange (basic level).

Collect customer feedback and escalate complaints when required.

Achieve daily call and follow-up targets.

Prepare and maintain customer interaction reports
