- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance.
- Continuously monitor and improve software performance and reliability.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Japanese Language.
- Strong analytical skills to understand and interpret complex software requirements.
- Experience in software development lifecycle including coding, testing, and debugging.
- Ability to work with multiple clients and adapt to varying project demands.
- Excellent problem-solving skills to address and resolve technical challenges.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Japanese Language.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
