- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure software components meet client requirements and quality standards.
- Document development processes and maintain clear communication regarding project progress and challenges.
- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance to support their professional growth.
- Continuously evaluate and improve software performance and reliability through proactive troubleshooting and optimization.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Manufacturing Engineering MES.
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle and best practices.
- Experience in coding, testing, and debugging application components.
- Ability to analyze complex client requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Familiarity with software maintenance and enhancement techniques.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and stakeholders.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Manufacturing Engineering MES.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
