Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage customer relationships and maintain customer records.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and follow-ups.
- Make regular calls to existing and potential customers.
- Track leads, enquiries, sales, and customer interactions in CRM software.
- Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams.
- Follow up with customers for orders, payments, feedback, and repeat business.
- Maintain accurate customer databases and prepare daily/weekly reports.
- Improve customer satisfaction and retention.
- Conduct customer feedback and resolve issues promptly.
- Support CRM campaigns, promotions, and customer communication.
Required Skills:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of CRM software and MS Excel.
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
- Customer-focused approach.
- Good problem-solving and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to maintain records and prepare reports.
