Position: Crew Member

Industry: Café / QSR (Coffee Island)

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve coffee, beverages, and light food items as per company standards.
• Greet customers warmly and provide excellent customer service.
• Take customer orders, process billing, and handle cash/POS transactions.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the café, kitchen, equipment, and dining area.
• Restock ingredients, cups, and other café supplies.
• Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
• Assist in opening and closing store operations.
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and support team members.
• Handle customer queries and resolve basic concerns professionally.

Eligibility:

• Education: 10th / 12th Pass
• Experience: Fresher & Experienced both can apply
• Good communication and customer service skills
