A Channel Partner (CP) Sourcing Manager in real estate drives sales by building and managing a network of brokers and agents. Onboard partners, and generate leads to increase property site visits.

Job Title: CP Sourcing Manager / Channel Partner Manager


  • We are seeking a highly driven and results-oriented CP Sourcing Manager to expand our broker and investor network. You will be responsible for identifying, onboarding, and actively managing Channel Partners (CPs) to generate a consistent flow of qualified leads, site visits, and sales closures for our residential projects.


Key Responsibilities

  • CP Acquisition & Onboarding: Identify and onboard new channel partners, real estate brokers, and IPCs across the assigned region.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with top-performing CPs, ensuring high engagement and project recall.
  • Partner Enablement: Conduct regular training sessions to ensure CPs are well-versed with project details, inventory status, pricing, and offers.
  • Lead & Sales Generation: Drive lead generation, coordinate client site visits through CPs, and assist the sales team with deal closures.
  • Event Management: Organize CP meets, site walkthroughs, and promotional events in collaboration with the marketing team to launch new projects.
  • Reporting & CRM: Track lead ageing, conversion ratios, and overall performance metrics. Update all CP activities, registrations, and agreements in CRM software.



Key Qualifications & Skills

  • Experience: Minimum 1-5+ years of experience in real estate channel partner sales or mandate sales.
  • Network: Strong, pre-existing network of local brokers, channel partners, and real estate consultants.
  • Communication: Excellent networking, negotiation, and communication skills in English, Hindi, and local languages.
  • Tech Skills: Proficiency with CRM platforms (like Salesforce, Zoho, or SAP) and Microsoft Excel.
  • Market Knowledge: Deep understanding of real estate market dynamics, competitor activities, and micro-markets.
