Key Responsibilities:

Welcome and assist customers at the sales counter.

Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.

Process sales transactions accurately using the billing system.

Handle cash, card, and digital payments.

Maintain product displays and ensure the counter is clean and organized.

Manage stock at the counter and report low inventory.

Answer customer inquiries and resolve basic complaints professionally.

Promote ongoing offers, discounts, and new products.

Prepare daily sales reports and maintain transaction records.

Coordinate with the inventory and store team for stock replenishment.

Requirements:

High school or graduate (preferred).

1–2 years of experience in retail or counter sales (preferred).

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Basic computer and billing software knowledge.

Ability to work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays if required.
