Tiffinzo (Pune's 100% pure vegetarian next-day tiffin delivery service, website: https://tiffinzo.com/) is hiring a Chef (Pure Veg Specialist) for our Hinjewadi cloud kitchen.

Job Description / Duties:

- Lead Cloud Kitchen operations starting at 5:00 AM daily

- Document and standardize all pure veg thali recipes

- Final taste checks (Tiffinzo Taste Score) and quality supervision before dispatch

- Enforce strictly pure vegetarian protocols (zero cross-contamination)

- Plan festival and seasonal menus (Shravan, Navratri, Paryushan, etc.)

Requirements (Must-Have):

- Strictly pure vegetarian personal lifestyle

- 5+ years cooking experience, with significant experience in pure vegetarian Indian cuisine

- Deep knowledge of at least two regional cuisines: Gujarati, Maharashtrian, North Indian, or South Indian

- Experience cooking in large batches (50+ servings)

- Available at 5:00 AM daily
