📌 About the RoleWe are looking for a confident, high-energy Female Content Creator to become the face and voice of Aaiisa. You will work directly from our office to script, shoot, and edit clear educational videos and high-conversion promotional ads.

If you love being on camera, know how to hook an audience in 3 seconds, and can simplify complex topics, this role is for you.

• 🚀 Key ResponsibilitiesOn-Camera Presentation: Act as the main anchor for Aaiisa’s official social media handles and ads.
• Scripting & Ideation: Brainstorm and write catchy scripts for educational tutorials and marketing promotions.
• Video Shooting: Film structured videos in-office using smartphones, ring lights, or basic camera gear.
• Punchy Editing: Edit raw footage into fast-paced Reels, Shorts, and long-form YouTube videos (using CapCut, Premiere Pro, etc.).
• Social Optimization: Add trending audio, engaging captions, and formatting specific to Instagram and YouTube.
• 🛠️ Required Skills & QualificationsCamera Confidence: Must be comfortable, highly expressive, and articulate while presenting on screen.
• Video Editing Basics: Ability to cut videos, sync text overlays, and handle basic audio cleanup independently.
• Language Fluency: Clear, professional spoken Hindi and English.
• Freshers Welcome: Prior social media creation experience or a strong personal portfolio is highly preferred.
