Job Title: CNC Operator – Sheet Metal (Pipe Bending & Pipe Cutting)

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled CNC Operator – Sheet Metal with a minimum of 2 years of experience in CNC-operated pipe bending and pipe cutting machines. The candidate should have hands-on experience in setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC machines while ensuring high-quality production and adherence to safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate CNC Pipe Bending and Pipe Cutting machines.
• Set up machines as per production drawings and specifications.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and work orders.
• Monitor machine operations to ensure dimensional accuracy and product quality.
• Perform machine calibration, tool changes, and minor troubleshooting.
• Inspect finished components using measuring instruments such as vernier callipers, micrometres, and gauges.
• Ensure preventive maintenance and cleanliness of machines and work area.
• Follow safety guidelines and standard operating procedures.
• Coordinate with production and quality teams to meet production targets.

Required Skills

• Hands-on experience with CNC Pipe Bending and CNC Pipe Cutting machines.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and technical specifications.
• Knowledge of measuring instruments and quality inspection.
• Basic understanding of CNC programming is an advantage.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Good attention to detail and quality standards.

Qualifications

• ITI / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Production, or relevant trade.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Sheet Metal manufacturing.
