Civil Engineer-Billing

Prepare and submit client bills as per contract terms and project progress.

Verify measurements and quantities executed at site.

Prepare and review Running Account (RA) bills and final bills.

Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, and clients for billing-related matters.

Maintain records of work completed, variations, and extra items.

Assist in preparing BOQs (Bill of Quantities) and quantity take-offs.

Track project costs and support cost-control activities.

Ensure compliance with contractual requirements and company procedures.

Prepare reconciliation statements for materials and work executed.

Support project documentation and reporting requirements.
